New Investment for Increased Capacity and Efficiency

We are making a major investment in our workshop, bringing in new machines that are expected to increase both production capacity and efficiency. This is a crucial step in our long-term strategy to strengthen our local presence in Kil and ensure we are well-prepared when the market shifts.

To meet future demands and increase capacity for processing tube materials, we have recently invested in two new versions of the Sinoco 1100. These machines are designed to optimize our entire workflow by not only cutting the materials to the correct length, but also performing several other operations such as deburring, chamfering, turning, marking, and measurement control.

The result? Higher efficiency and significant time savings. Often, a fully processed component is delivered directly from the machine, reducing the need for further processing and transportation. With a capacity of up to 2750 components per hour, and the ability to process tubes with diameters between 4 mm and 95 mm and lengths up to 400 mm, we can now handle larger volumes than ever before.

Fast Installation and Smooth Startup

The installation of the new machines was completed quickly and smoothly in February 2025. Shortly after, they were up and running, ready to start production. The machines are now an integral part of our operations, and we look forward to benefiting from their high capacity to further strengthen our market position.

An Investment in the Future – Local Jobs and Growth

Andreas Lundberg, CEO of Kils Automatsvarvning, shares more about the investment:
– When we had the chance to acquire the machines and the associated work hours, we immediately saw the opportunity to bring more production to Kil. In the long run, this can not only secure jobs in an ever-changing world but hopefully also create new employment opportunities.

With this investment in machine technology, we are taking an important step to remain a reliable and competitive player in the market.
