Kils Automatsvarvning is a skilled and experienced supplier in bar and tube machining. A genuine family business, we have been manufacturing parts such as sleeves, shafts, washers, nuts and bushings for over fifty years, primarily for customers in the automotive industry. Over the years, our customer base has expanded and today we are a prominent contract manufacturer in a number of industries.

At Kils Automatsvarvning, we stay with a project from start to finish. We happily assist as problem solvers in the initial stage of projects and find solutions that streamline your manufacturing and optimize production economy.

In our meticulously designed machine hall, we then carry out Swiss-type turning, CNC turning and sawing, as well as after-machining operations such as deburring and tumbling. The production chain finishes off with follow-up elements such as inspection, measuring, washing and assembly.

Effective logistics processes and partnerships with leading suppliers of raw materials and machinery ensure high quality and reliable deliveries. With EDI drawings directly in our ERP system, we send out 100–120 pallets a week for transport to 15 different countries.

Parts from bars and tubes

We deliver 13–14 million parts a year from our modern production facilities. From cold-drawn, seamless tube blanks and bar stock in primarily steel and aluminum, we produce sleeves, shafts, washers, nuts, tubes, bushings and more.

Our specialty is large lots of spacers that are cut or turned and then deburred and/or tumbled and measured. The work is carried out effectively in a stable process, generating fast and reliable deliveries at competitive production costs.

Our expertise and our machinery also gives us excellent conditions for handling complicated workpieces in smaller lots.
